Dear Mini friends!
Mini Club Hungary kindly invites all the Mini friends to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the foundation with a Mini meeting on the 28th of February 2015 in Budapest.
The idea of forming a club came up in 1989 in the mind of Mr. Ferenc Kiraly, the co-founder and first- and honorary president of Mini club Hungary, but the legal procedure took place just in 1995, and the club celebrates this date as the real birth of the club. For this occasion, a team of called club members designed and built up an exposition in the transport Museum of Hungary about the history of the club, including all the huge events, and shows and evey other activities of the past 20 years.
As a closing ceremony of the show, and the grand opening of the anniversary Mini season we would like to organize a small international Mini Meeting for our club members and international Mini friends.
The event will take place in front of the Transport Museum of Hungary in Budapest (1146, Budapest, Városligeti Krt. 11. N47 30 51.2 E19 05 28.2)
Program (Saturday 28.02.2015) :
09.00 Registration for Mini Club Hungary members at the museum
10.00 General Meeting for Mini Club Hungary members
11.00 International Mini Meeting starts in front of the museum
12.00 Welcome snacks for the guests of Mini Club Hungary in front of the Museum
13.00 Scheduled visit in the museum to watch the Mini Club Hungary 20th Anniversary exhibition for international guests
17.00 Closing of the International Mini Meeting, and convoy starts to the hotel
19.30. Reception Dinner in Hotel Thomas (1094, Budapest, Liliom u. 44. )
Hotel rooms for 2-3 persons can be reserved on discounted prices (25EUR/room/night) prices for our international guests. The price contains the breakfast and the parking place for a car. The reception Dinner costs 10EUR/person.
