i would rebuild the whole engine.

that's the last option ;)

we would like to use this car next two or three years, and then make rebuild and restoration.

but, if the engine will be totaly dead, i have to make rebuild to next march.

i poured paraffin oil it in the engine, and i'm waiting ...

but right now, i think about "new" engine, or total repair this old ...

if poured paraffin oil does not help.... just put engine apart to see how bad is damege..... after that you will not what to do.
mybie just bore block and change the pistons ..... and change all bearings, seals, clutch, chain, oil pump..... check the head (valve guides, valve seats), check the gearbox (synchros and all tolerace, diff pin,....) and your engine will be ready for next 200.000km!!!

cylinder head:



cylinder head must be repaired - rocker and valve springs are good with no damages, two valves with small rust.

i think it is not so bad

After finding all of needed tools, I disassembled engine




pistons are right in the jar of oil, piston rings are glued with pistons ;)

this week I'm going to repair engine blok, today I'm picking cylinder head after repair
